KBNC provides web hosting, VPS hosting, dedicated server, business email, cloud storage, website builder, digital marketing, SSL and related IT services. Specific plans, limits, pricing and features may vary by selected service.
Customers must provide accurate account information, keep login credentials secure, use services lawfully, maintain backups of important data, and avoid content or activity that harms systems, networks, users or third parties.
Services may not be used for spam, phishing, malware, copyright infringement, illegal content, abusive automation, unauthorized access, cryptocurrency abuse, network attacks, or any activity that violates applicable law or service stability.
Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment. Renewal pricing and taxes may apply as displayed at checkout or invoice time.
KBNC may suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, abuse, security risk, legal violation, or breach of these terms. Customers may request cancellation according to the applicable service process.
KBNC works to provide reliable services, but availability can be affected by maintenance, third-party networks, security incidents, force majeure events or customer-side configuration issues.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KBNC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including business interruption, loss of profit, or data loss. Customers should maintain independent backups.
KBNC may update these terms when required for service, legal or operational reasons. Continued use of services after an update means acceptance of the revised terms.
